Harshwardhan leads the day-to-day business and technical direction of Structures One. A Bachelor of Business Administration and Certified Interior Designer, he brings together commercial judgement with a hands-on understanding of how projects move from an idea to something real.
His experience spans 12 years across construction and solar energy, along with 2 years in interior design. His relationship with construction began through a family construction business established in 1990—an experience and operating foundation that he later brought into Structures One.
For Harshwardhan, integrity is not a line in a company profile. It is practical: give the client honest feedback, make the technically responsible decision, remain accountable for the work and earn through something you can stand behind.

A Bachelor of Fine Arts and Interior Designer, Pragati brings 5 years of hands-on experience across residential and commercial interiors.
Every project has a technical side and a creative side. Pragati leads the aesthetic direction—thinking about proportion, material, colour, detail and atmosphere so that technically sound decisions ultimately become environments that feel considered, cohesive and complete.
Her role is not simply to make something look beautiful. It is to make sure that what is created feels right for the people who will eventually live with it, work in it or experience it every day.
